My artwork embraces a new olistic paradigm, in which I firmly believe the next generation of Art will find a much broader space from what it has ever claimed in past and present times.
Since ’94, when I started painting at the Sight & Insight Art Center founded by the painter Ann O’Hanlon in Mill Valley California where I lived for thirty years, I have always asked myself the same questions: Why do I have to paint? For whom? And for what purpose? Throughout all this time I have responded to those questions and today, this website allows me to directly communicate even my responses.
I like to think that those old and new symbols carried in my artwork bring their messages to people and that, by meditating on the colors and forms, the imagination awakens, discovering new worlds upon which dream and find the inner richness.
Mainly, the aim of my art is to convey the universal language of an inner wellness. I want to join with people that while contemplating my work find inspiration, relieve, serenity and most of all the beauty life can offer.
La mia Arte abbraccia un nuovo paradigma olistico, in cui credo fermamente che la prossima generazione dell’arte, troverà un ben più vasto spazio di quanto abbia ottenuto nei tempi passati e presenti.
Da quando nel ‘94 ho iniziato a dipingere al Centro Sight & Insight fondato dalla pittrice AnnO’Hanlon di Mill Valley in California dove ho vissuto per trent’anni, mi sono sempre posta le stesse domande: Perché dipingo? Per chi? Per che cosa? Nel tempo, ho risposto a quelle domande e oggi, questo sito mi permette di come comunicare direttamente anche le mie risposte.
Mi piace pensare che quegli antichi e nuovi simboli contenuti nelle mie opere portino i loro messaggi alla gente e che, meditando sulle forme e i colori, la loro immaginazione si risveglia, scopre nuovi mondi su cui sognare e ritrova la propria ricchezza interiore.
Principalmente lo scopo del mio lavoro è di trasmettere il linguaggio universale del benessere interiore. Voglio unirmi alla gente che mentre guarda le mie opere ritrova ispirazione, conforto, serenità e sopratutto le bellezze che la vita può offrire.
